Where Is the Love? 2016 – Black Eyed Peas – Con Testo e Traduzione
Dal primo settembre 2016 è disponibile su iTunes una versione nuova e completamente rivisitata nell’arrangiamento di Where Is the Love?, primo singolo estratto da Elephunk, il terzo album dei The Black Eyed Peas, pubblicato nel 2003.
Oggi come allora la canzone vede la collaborazione di Justin Timberlake, che – insieme a Will.i.am, Taboo, Apl.de.ap, Ron Fair, P. Board, G. Pajon Jr, M. Fratantuno e J. Curtis – ne è anche tra gli autori.
Nel video in bianco e nero della nuova versione scorrono alcune delle più crude immagini di cronaca del periodo recente: Alan Kurdi, il bimbo siriano morto sulla spiaggia di Bobrum in Turchia; Omran Daqneesh, altro bambino di cinque anni seduto solo sull’ambulanza, sfuggito alle bombe di Aleppo.
Where Is the Love? è una canzone contro la guerra e lo scopo di questa nuova pubblicazione è rendere omaggio alle vittime di guerra e a quelle degli attentati più recenti.
