Vivident Xylit è in onda con una campagna pubblicitaria dal 9 ottobre 2022 in tv e sulle principali piattaforme digital. Lo spot è girato in un teatro milanese, ricrea le atmosfere di un grande hotel internazionale in cui per un equivoco, la situazione, dopo un primo momento di spaesamento, si risolve grazie a Vivident.

La canzone scelta per fare da colonna sonora a questo spot è un riarrangiamento di Music to Watch Girls By, il primo successo nella Top 40 di Bob Crewe con il proprio nome, registrato dal suo gruppo The Bob Crewe Generation. La musica è stata composta da Sidney “Sid” Ramin.
Una registrazione vocale del 1967 di Andy Williams, con testi scritti da Tony Velona, è arrivata al numero 34 negli Stati Uniti. Questa versione è stata successivamente utilizzata in una pubblicità Fiat nel Regno Unito nel 1999, con il singolo ripubblicato che ha raggiunto la top ten in quel paese. Nello spot è utilizzata una versione in francese intitolata Le jeu de telephone.
