Bad 25th Anniversary Edition è un cofanetto dato alle stampe per celebrare i 25 anni di Bad, settimo album di Michael Jackson, disco che stabilì il record di maggior numero di singoli arrivati in vetta di Billboard Hot 100: I Just Can’t Stop Loving You, Bad, The Way You Make Me Feel, Man in the Mirror e Dirty Diana (record uguagliato solo 22 anni dopo da Katy Perry con l’album Teenage Dream).
Bad 25th Anniversary Edition è disponibile nella versione Standard, che include l’album originale rimasterizzato, un secondo CD contenente alcuni demo inediti, altri già inclusi nell’edizione speciale di Bad pubblicata nel 2001, una versione in spagnolo ed in francese di “I just can’t stop loving you” ed alcuni remix ad opera di Afrojack & Pitbull (“Bad”) e Nero (“Speed demon”).
La Deluxe Edition include, in aggiunta a tutto questo, un CD ed un DVD con la registrazione integrale del concerto tenuto da Michael Jackson il 16 luglio del 1988 al Wembley Stadium di Londra.
La Deluxe Collector’s Edition aggiunge inoltre una t-shirt esclusiva, un paio di cuffie, il singolo in vinile numerato di “I just can’t stop loving you” ed un souvenir del ‘Bad World tour’.
