Mixed Emotions è il primo singolo estratto da Steel Wheels, album del 1989 dei Rolling Stones. Il brano è stato scritto da Mick Jagger e Keith Richards mentre erano in vacanza alle Barbados. E’ stata rilasciata come singolo nell’agosto 1989.

Il lato B di Mixed Emotion era Fancyman Blues, un blues originariamente registrato durante delle sessions tenute in favore delle popolazioni colpite da un uragano.

Il video mostra gli Stones sorridenti e allegri mentre suonano la canzone, in contrasto con quello precedente di One Hit (to the Body), girato nel 1986, che mostra Mick Jagger e Keith Richards che, prevalentemente, lottano.
