Abbiamo tutti persone straordinarie nelle nostre vite che amiamo, che percepiscono quando accadono quei momenti, che possono entrare e tirare [aprire] le tende, far entrare la luce del sole e motivarti a uscire e sentirti meglio. Dal punto di vista sonoro, la traccia rispecchia magnificamente i suoi temi; inizia lentamente, malinconico, e cresce gradualmente nel tempo, nel ritmo, fino a ‘aprirsi’. Proprio come la guarigione non è un processo immediato, ma la luce del sole è sempre lì ad aspettare, oltre le tende, quando saremo pronti. “Curtains” si conclude con un assolo di chitarra che incapsula perfettamente questo promettente punto di rottura.
